About the position

As an Entry Level Recruiter at Total Quality Logistics (TQL), you will be responsible for managing the entire candidate search process while collaborating closely with your dedicated on-site hiring manager. This role focuses on sourcing and recruiting top sales talent across the nation, emphasizing urgency and results-driven performance. You will receive paid training and mentoring to develop your recruiting skills and advance your career within the company.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert in recruiting top sales talent in your region
• Source candidates on job boards, through referrals, social media, and campus recruiting events
• Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, from initial conversation through onboarding
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with your hiring managers, peers, and recruiting leadership

Requirements

• Recruiting experience preferred, but no experience required - we provide paid training and an elite mentoring program
• Thrive in a metrics-driven environment
• Experience sourcing talent and driving applications through phone calls
• Highly motivated with a hall of fame work ethic
