The group consists of four long-term cardiology practices and operates a Level 1 Trauma Center, equipped with advanced cardiac catheterization labs dedicated to electrophysiology, including stereotaxis and the WATCHMAN Device program. The call schedule is structured to ensure a balanced workload, with a 1:5 call on weekends and a 1:10 call on weekdays, allowing for a manageable work-life balance. The position utilizes the EPIC Electronic Medical Record system, ensuring efficient patient management and documentation. Compensation for this role is competitive, featuring a two-year income guarantee followed by a productivity-based salary determined by work Relative Value Units (wRVUs). Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care for patients with cardiovascular diseases.
  • Perform electrophysiology procedures and manage patient care in the catheterization lab.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation, providing weekend and weekday coverage as scheduled.
  • Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Record for patient documentation and management.

Requirements

  • Board certification in Cardiology and Electrophysiology.
  • Valid medical license to practice in Ohio.
  • Experience in performing electrophysiology procedures.
