About the position
The Equipment Specialist position at HX5, LLC involves supporting the Mobility and Training Aircraft Program Office at Robins Air Force Base. The role requires utilizing various management information systems to address program requirements, serve as a technical advisor, and analyze technical problems affecting assigned equipment. The position is essential for ensuring the operational readiness and maintenance of aircraft systems.
Responsibilities
- Support program requirements utilizing various MIS systems such as D043 Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAV AF), Fedmall, Joint Engineering Data Management Information and Control System (JEDMICS), Enhanced Technical Information Management System (ETIMS), and Haystack.
- Serve as a technical advisor to senior leaders and maintenance technicians in maintenance, operations, and training for the assigned weapon system and associated equipment.
- Review and analyze technical problems/malfunctions affecting assigned equipment generated from various sources including Technical Assistance Requests (TARs), DRs, AFTO Form 22/252s, and aircraft mishaps.
- Support trial installations, kit proofs, and TCTO/technical data verification.
Requirements
- 5 years of Secret Clearance
- DoD experience
- Experience working with high schoolers
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
