About the position

The Ergonomic Specialist at SUITX, Inc. is responsible for operational sales cycle duties, focusing on the deployment and implementation of wearable exoskeleton devices. This role involves working closely with innovation teams to train users, analyze workstations, and ensure proper fitting and user adoption of exoskeletons. The position requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and involves significant travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

  • Become a team player in the deployment/implementation of new wearable exoskeleton devices and products.
  • Work alongside other innovation team members/experts to assist in training, fitting and feedback from users.
  • Analyze workstations and tasks to determine the best SUITX exoskeletons and/or products for users.
  • Fit exoskeleton devices on users and ensure proper fit and user adoption.
  • Aide in continuous education, maintenance, and cleaning of exoskeletons.
  • Contribute to the customer journey by attending trade shows, demonstrations onsite and/or virtually, and other ergonomic/safety regional conferences.
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings from users and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate summaries of interactions with users to team leaders both internally and externally.
  • Travel to customer sites to assist users during their typical working hours.

Requirements

  • Experience working directly with users/customers.
  • Passion for improving the quality of life in the industrial workforce.
  • Experience in ergonomics required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Outgoing personality suitable for presenting to different stakeholders.
  • Skilled in time management.
  • Experience with exoskeletons is a huge plus.
  • Sales background and experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other related programs is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Skilled in handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Personal responsibility, flexibility, and resilience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with exoskeletons is a huge plus.
  • Sales background and experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other related programs is a plus.
