An Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) family residing in Palm Beach, FL, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Estate Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and operations of their residences in Palm Beach and Hobe Sound. The Estate Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the management of all properties, ensuring that they are impeccably maintained and that the household staff operates at the highest standards of excellence. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in luxury estate management, exceptional leadership, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end properties and delivering exceptional service, as well as the ability to cultivate strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service is consistently delivered. The Estate Manager will oversee House Managers and household staff, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Daily operations and maintenance will be a key focus, with the Estate Manager expected to manage these aspects diligently.
