The position involves troubleshooting and repairing hardware and process failures for a variety of semiconductor manufacturing tools, including AMAT (DPSII, DPS, MxP, MxP+, IPS, Super E & 5200's), Ulvac, Gasonics, Fusion Gemini & LAM (4400 & Coronus) Dry Etch tools. The role requires performing preventive maintenance activities according to standardized work documents, utilizing SPC charts and FabGuard Fault Detection (FDC) software to evaluate tool performance, and documenting maintenance activities. Additionally, the position involves maintaining spare parts inventory and engaging in various activities that contribute to the success of the area. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to take initiative with minimal supervision, and possess strong data analysis, troubleshooting, teamwork, and communication skills. A willingness to learn new skills and the ability to thrive in a multi-cultural environment are also essential.
