About the position

We are seeking an ETL Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support data analytics and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and efficient data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements
• Design and optimize data models for efficient storage and retrieval
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality
• Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation
• Develop and maintain documentation related to ETL processes

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java, Shell Scripting, SQL, and other relevant programming languages
• Experience with Data Warehousing concepts and tools
• Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, Azure Data Lake, and other big data technologies
• Knowledge of model training techniques is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Informatica (1 year preferred)
