About The Position

The EV Construction Project Manager at OWL Services is responsible for overseeing construction projects related to electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, such as project management, engineering, or business administration
• Must have experience managing fast track projects such as ground up convenience stores and retail stores
• Must have at least 5 years of experience as an EV Construction Project Manager
• Must live in the southeast
• Ability to lead teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• Requires medical exam in accordance with DOT regulations

Nice To Haves

• Convenience store experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Developing project scope and objectives
• Meeting with team members to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, schedules, and resolve issues
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
