About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, engineering, or business administration.
• At least 5 years of experience as an EV Construction Project Manager.
• Experience managing fast track projects such as ground-up convenience stores and retail stores.
• Ability to lead teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Good driving record with no traffic violations.
• Requires medical exam in accordance with DOT regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Convenience store experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing project scope and objectives.
• Meeting with team members to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules, and resolving issues.
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed.
• Conducting post-project evaluations and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
