About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years' experience in customer service or related position
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Good communicator with a strong work ethic
• Personable and professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

• Leadership Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Events Department
• Schedule event staff according to daily, weekly, and monthly events
• Monitor and respond to reviews related to parties or events
• Promote and maintain relationships with Hyper Kidz vendors
• Stock party inventory and ensure proper organization
• Keep records of all party inventory and events
• Ensure guests are greeted enthusiastically and staff interact positively
• Assist with social media updates and promotions
• Execute marketing and promotional plans with Manager's approval
• Establish a strong identity for Hyper Kidz in the community
• Oversee execution of party reservations and Party Hosts
• Document all event-related financial reports
• Assist guests with questions or special needs
• Manually complete reservations using point-of-sale software
• Answer telephone calls for reservations or inquiries
• Plan and promote employee events or incentives
• Perform other duties as required by management
