The Event Security Officer at Hard Rock International is responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of guests, artists, and staff during various special events, including concerts and VIP parties. This on-call position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as the officer will be in direct contact with guests and must maintain order and safety at the venue. The role involves monitoring assigned areas, responding to emergencies, and assisting guests as needed, with a flexible schedule primarily during evening hours.

  • Maintains order on HRSFM property, providing extraordinary guest service at all times.
  • Monitors assigned area(s) to protect the integrity of the venue and ensure a safe environment.
  • Assists sick or injured guests and team members as needed.
  • Reports unsafe or hazardous conditions.
  • Responds to guest questions about the venue and its facilities.
  • Composes clear and concise incident reports and witness statements when necessary.
  • Operates company vehicles in a safe manner.
  • Responds to emergency situations and conducts necessary emergency actions.
  • Prepares detailed reports on security incidents for review by the Security Supervisor.
  • Maintains confidentiality regarding artist, company, and guest information.
  • Assists in evacuation processes and procedures as required.
  • Monitors guests to ensure compliance with venue policies and procedures.
  • Assists police and medical personnel when incidents are reported.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Must obtain and maintain valid licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain CPR/AED certificate and pass Blood Borne Pathogen training.
  • Must maintain a working telephone and email address.
  • Previous work in a similar role preferred, but not required.
