About the position

The Events Marketing Manager at Carbyne is responsible for leading regional marketing efforts in the U.S., focusing on the planning and execution of various events. This role requires a strong understanding of the B2G sales process and experience in managing the company's presence at national and regional trade shows, as well as industry meetings. The successful candidate will ensure effective lead capture and management, budget adherence, and collaboration with sales and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning and execution of all Carbyne events.
• Manage the company's presence at national U.S. trade shows, regional trade shows, and industry meetings.
• Coordinate prospecting lunch-and-learns.
• Produce a consistent and engaging in-person corporate presence at events.
• Manage event budgets and execute day-of tactics.
• Track and report on event performance and effectiveness.
• Manage swag and printed materials inventory for events.
• Hire fulfillment houses and work with U.S. printers and gift manufacturers for event merchandise.
• Capture and ensure all event leads are added to the marketing automation system.
• Troubleshoot during pre-show preparation, show hours, and post-show follow-up.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant event marketing experience.
• Proven track record of organizing national, local, and regional events.
• Ability to manage multiple events on time and on budget.
• Proficient time-management skills and detail-oriented.
• Experience using Hubspot and Salesforce.
• Proficient in English and knowledgeable about event management within the U.S.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with team members at varying levels.
• Team player with great interpersonal skills.
