About The Position

The EVS Worker is responsible for maintaining a safe, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing environment within the hospital. The EVS Worker plays a crucial role in hospital disinfection and infection prevention, adhering to quality standards in their work.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1 year of Environmental Services experience (preferred).
• CHEST Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and hygienic environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Perform timely room cleans to support hospital patient throughput.
• Respond to requests to adjust daily workflow or area assignments as needed.
• Contribute to hospital disinfection and infection prevention efforts.
