Duties At the full performance level, major duties include: Responsible for internal and external communicion efforts for the Division, including the Community Bank Outreach program. Evalues internal and external communicion proposals from other program areas within the Division and determines whether the actions proposed are adeque to inform stakeholders of merial changes in regulions and procedures, as well as the significance and relevance of emerging issues. Directs changes to the internal and external websites to reflect updes in regulions, procedures, policies, events, technical assistance and other resource merials, as well as other Division and/or Corpore mters. Drafts and reviews communicions documents, such as Regional Director Memorandums and Division-wide messages to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Monitors and analyzes developments in the financial services industry to assess the potential effect of emerging issues on the Corporion and its employees, as well as the community banking industry.
