About the position

The Executive Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the leadership team within the organization. This position requires a highly organized individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support, particularly in a senior capacity. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for interfacing with all levels of leadership and associates within the assigned business unit, and may also have direct contact with clients. This role demands a proactive approach to managing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining files, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. In this position, the Executive Administrative Assistant will act as a department liaison, utilizing their knowledge of daily operations to provide valuable support. They will be responsible for making travel arrangements and managing corporate expenses related to travel, ensuring that all logistics are handled smoothly. Additionally, the role involves managing in-person meeting logistics, which includes coordinating food orders and providing technical support for presentations. The Executive Administrative Assistant will also coordinate special projects for the department, which may involve reporting, budget monitoring, and developing timelines and meeting agendas. Enhancing workflow is a key aspect of this role, as the Executive Administrative Assistant will assist with documentation, communication, and scheduling to ensure that the department operates efficiently. They will perform a wide range of administrative and staff support duties at an advanced complexity level, which is essential for maintaining the executives' schedules, arranging meetings and appointments, and providing timely reminders. This position is onsite and requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong reporting and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities
