Additionally, the role involves managing in-person meeting logistics, which includes coordinating food orders and providing technical support for presentations. The Executive Administrative Assistant will also coordinate special projects for the department, which may involve reporting, budget monitoring, and developing timelines and meeting agendas. Enhancing workflow is a key aspect of this role, as the Executive Administrative Assistant will assist with documentation, communication, and scheduling to ensure that the department operates efficiently. They will perform a wide range of administrative and staff support duties at an advanced complexity level, which is essential for maintaining the executives' schedules, arranging meetings and appointments, and providing timely reminders.
