The Conversational Assistant Services (CAS) team, within the Alexa, Customers & Technology (ACT) team seeks a driven, highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support L8 leaders. This role will work with a fun and energetic team of executive assistants. The EA is responsible to a broad variety of tasks including managing three active calendars; meticulous attention to detail in scheduling, coordinating and planning internal meetings, agendas and appointments; planning detailed domestic and international travel, completing expense reports. Optimizing executive effectiveness through partnership on priorities to react to fast-moving calendar. Coordinating with the EA team on organization-wide initiatives. Serving as the 'gatekeeper' to the executives' time, screening and prioritizing appointments/meeting requests while always providing polite and professional communication. Communicating on behalf of the executives directly with the leadership team and other stakeholders across the organization. Training other administrative staff on company policies and best practices.
