About the position

Join one of Amazon's innovative teams where you'll shape the future of video commerce. As an Executive Assistant to the VP of Amazon Shopping Videos (ASV), you'll be at the heart of a dynamic business unit known for its exceptional growth and strategic importance. At ASV, you'll be more than an Executive Assistant - you'll be a strategic partner helping drive business success through effective team coordination, thoughtful planning, and relationship building. You'll lead a small team of EAs while collaborating with global stakeholders across Amazon Advertising, IMDb and Grand Challenge (AIGC) organizations. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the VP, and will collaborate with various business partners in associated departments, as well as other Executive Assistants across the multiple global stakeholder teams within the Amazon Advertising, IMDb and Grand Challenge (AIGC) Line of business team. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action and the ability to operate proactively and strategically, anticipating needs based on a thorough understanding of leader and team priorities. Looking around corners, impeccable attention to detail, strong judgement, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams are all critical to success.
