About the position

Alchemy is on a mission to bring web3 to a billion people by providing builders with the tools they need to create exceptional onchain products. As the only complete developer platform, Alchemy offers powerful APIs, SDKs, and tools necessary for building and scaling onchain apps and rollups. Our infrastructure supports 70% of the top web3 teams and 90%+ of web2 companies venturing into web3, serving over 100 million end users. Our clientele includes leading web3 brands like Polymarket, OpenSea, and Circle, as well as major global brands such as Shopify and Adobe. The Alchemy team is composed of experts from top companies and universities, including Google, Microsoft, and Stanford. The Executive Assistant position is a high exposure role, providing support to the Head of Sales, Dan Burrill. This role is critical as Alchemy is experiencing hyper-growth, and the Executive Assistant will play a key part in managing complex projects, optimizing systems, and expanding business relationships. This position offers significant ownership and creative liberties, allowing the individual to witness and influence the operations of a $10B company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedule and coordinate logistics for all meetings, both internal and external, proactively addressing conflicts and understanding priorities for the Head of Sales.
  • Triage and prioritize requests from direct reports, investors, and the broader team, exercising strong judgment with confidential information.
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for speaking engagements, conferences, or other special events.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure efficient and clear communication between teams.
  • Create, scale, and own processes for the executive office, prioritizing and coordinating multiple work activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Set best practices for the admin team as a mentor and leader, helping the team work efficiently and partnering with other leaders on career growth plans.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as ordering lunch, planning business travel, processing expenses, and managing meeting time checks.
  • Anticipate needs and potential issues, resolving them independently or by assembling the right team.
  • Build trust and rapport with the Head of Sales and their team, influencing and pushing back when necessary.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of work experience, with 2+ years directly supporting Executives.
  • High energy and a bias towards action; proactive in completing tasks without waiting for direction.
  • Highly organized with a focus on strategic planning and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
