Responsibilities

  • Manages calendar(s), schedules meetings, creates agendas and coordinates related logistics.
  • Assists with arranging travel, conferences, trainings, and accommodations as required.
  • Prepares correspondence, arranges conference calls and meetings, and facilitates meetings as required.
  • Ensures distribution and follow-through on Product and Pricing related communications or materials to internal stakeholders or sponsors.
  • Actively supports performance improvement, leveraging technology/software to facilitate status checks, data collection, follow-ups, communications.
  • Acts as a liaison for those being supported by building rapport and promoting engagement among the teams across the enterprise.
  • Drafts communications for both internal and external clients.
  • Accepts and completes projects and other miscellaneous work items as requested.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years supporting senior level leaders
  • Must have a customer-centric mindset
  • Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior executives, external clients, and vendors
  • Strong organization and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively; must work well under pressure to ensure goals accomplished on-time and accurately
  • Must be resourceful, proactive self-starter with the ability to think ahead
  • Creative problem solver
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; marketing/writing background desired
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Willing and able to work more than a 40-hour work week, as needed
  • This position currently requires an onsite work schedule, with the expectation that you are in the office for all required workdays.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Insurance industry experience preferred
  • Experience with detailed financial analysis and reporting preferred
