Responsibilities
- Providing office support for the local team.
- Scheduling and arranging meetings and appointments.
- Answering calls and greeting visitors.
- Preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence.
- Onboarding new administrative team members.
- Finding new ways to increase office efficiency and innovative ways to support the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.
Nice-to-haves
- A degree in a related field of study.
- Experience juggling multiple high priority projects.
- Experience supporting a team with their administrative needs.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Demonstrated willingness to stay organized and meet deadlines.
