About the position

OSI Systems and its subsidiaries are a vertically integrated provider of specialized electronic systems and for components that meet the critical needs in the homeland security, healthcare, defense, and aerospace industries. OSI Systems is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing primary administrative and organizational support to executive officers and the President and CEO of OSI Systems.

  • Preparing documents for meetings
  • Maintaining files and general office support
  • Providing primary administrative and organizational support to executive officers and the President and CEO of OSI Systems
  • Handling details of a highly confidential and critical nature
  • Collecting and preparing information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals
  • Preparing presentation materials for board of director meetings
  • Making high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company
  • Working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Performing a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and tracking of various information and documentation
  • Preparing and reviewing correspondence, reports, and other documents, and maintaining detailed and organized files
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating arrangements for various meetings, conferences, and travel
  • Preparing, reconciling, and tracking expense reports
  • Managing agendas and hosting various department meetings, Company meetings and Company events
  • Maintaining and managing calendars, assisting in arrangements for domestic and international travel
  • Establishing and maintaining highly confidential files and records
  • Professionally and effectively managing communication and relationships with department staff, internal departments and key employees, and external entities and individuals

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field desired
  • 5+ years of related experience supporting Executives and Presidents required
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and work with confidential matters needed
  • Highly Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite of applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
