Funko currently holds thousands of lenses and the rights to create tens of thousands of characters - one of the largest portfolios in the pop culture and collectibles industry. Funko's Pop! Vinyl is the number one stylized vinyl collectible on the market, selling millions of figures to fans around the world. This Executive Assistant will support two senior executives at our Everett, WA office. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to act as an extension of our leaders in partnership with a supportive and collaborative EA community. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the Company is important in your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Complex calendar management for 2 leaders, including internal and external meetings and coordinating meetings over multiple time zones.
  • Manage all travel arrangements (flight, hotel, ground transportation, meeting coordination) and all related expense management.
  • Meeting management (create agendas, presentations, take notes, gather materials).
  • Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations.
  • Ensure compliance of operational policies and procedures.
  • Participate in on-site support, special projects and needs of the business as assigned by senior leadership or EA Lead (All-hands meetings, off-sites, on site catering, ordering supplies, meeting set up, etc.).
  • Order (pickup and delivery, if needed) lunches for meetings, as needed.
  • Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding matters.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative support in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper-level management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, courteously and appropriate for the audience (individual contributor to executive level).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities while delivering high-quality results and following through.
  • Approachable and flexible with the ability to establish rapport with peers, clients, executives, and partners, both internal and external.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Self-starter, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using PCs and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Degree in Business Administration, similar field and/or relevant experience.
