About the position

We are seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to support the President of Sports Properties at Learfield, with additional support for the EVP of Global Partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of both executives' offices, providing high-level administrative support, and contributing to the success of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the President's and EVP's calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments, ensuring their time is efficiently allocated.
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the President, EVP, and other executives as needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, effectively handling communication and prioritizing urgent matters.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track follow-up items. Ensure meetings are well-organized and run efficiently.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events, including conferences, team meetings, and special projects.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports for the executives' review and approval.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, working closely with other members of the leadership team.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the executives.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
