The Space and Intelligence Division provides engineering services and analytic support to the Air Force, Space Force, Combatant Commands, the Intelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes systems engineering and integration, test planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, developing approaches and concepts to meet emerging, high priority National Defense needs, and assessing and developing cutting-edge technologies and capabilities to meet those needs. The Space and Intelligence Division (SID)'s Intelligence Programs Group (IPG) provides outstanding support to our nation's most important Intelligence Community customers. SID/IPG has an immediate need for a highly qualified Executive Assistant to work daily on a customer site in Chantilly, Virginia. Some local short-term travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to senior executives in a government front office.
  • Make calendar annotations and scheduling.
  • Maintain senior staff calendar tools.
  • Use the TIER tool for organizational coordination.
  • Assist with travel and training needs.
  • Monitor and respond to email and other types of correspondence.
  • Provide manpower and action support.
  • Coordinate communications flow into and out of organizational departments.
  • Comply with official mandated documentation management requirements.
  • Receive and distribute front office and senior official mail.
  • Schedule meetings and conference rooms at local and remote locations.
  • Support front office operations at offsite locations, such as conferences, program reviews, and launches.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar discipline; or Associate's degree in a similar discipline with at least 4 years of related experience; or a High School diploma with at least 8 years of related experience; or relevant professional training certificates, such as CEUs, or from completed training or skill acquisition courses
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in government or industry in relevant work areas including: DoD/IC administration processes, front office operations, or similar commercial or private industry environments
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's level degree in a relevant discipline
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in an Intelligence Community organization's front office
  • Familiarity with advanced system acquisition processes
  • Familiarity with federal budgeting and planning process
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance procedures, tools and techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
