Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendar, including scheduling/rescheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executive as needed.
  • Organize and maintain documents, records, and files.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients.
  • Facilitate communication and meetings among team members and leadership.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and briefings.
  • Check office mail and scan into Sharepoint and manage other office tasks.
  • Run errands and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and time management.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
  • Must have a good driving record.
