About the position

Pima Federal Credit Union of Tucson, AZ is looking to hire a full-time Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide executive support for the President & CEO while managing a variety of tasks with confidentiality and discretion. This role involves preparing reports, correspondence, and other communications, and utilizing various computer applications. The Executive Assistant must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities under pressure, and demonstrate a strong commitment to the credit union's Shared Values of Teamwork, Service Excellence, Engagement, Integrity, and Community Involvement. Job duties include serving as the primary liaison for credit union volunteers (Board and Supervisory Committee), coordinating and scheduling CEO and volunteer travel, coordinating and preparing meeting space, and preparing statistical and financial reports to assist the CEO in the development of a variety of plans, documents, or reports. This role also includes maintaining office supplies, and assisting with special projects and events. The Executive Assistant must embrace technology, prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and demonstrate attention to detail while adhering to compliance standards and organizational values.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support for the President & CEO.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other communications.
  • Utilize various computer applications for tasks.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for credit union volunteers (Board and Supervisory Committee).
  • Coordinate and schedule CEO and volunteer travel.
  • Prepare meeting space and assist with special projects and events.
  • Prepare statistical and financial reports for the CEO.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in business, office administration or related area.
  • Three years previous administrative assistant experience.
  • Two years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting the executive level.
  • Two years Credit Union experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • Ability to travel to different branch locations and various training or networking events.
