About the position

Focus Financial Partners is looking for a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives within the company. The ideal candidate for this role will be exceptionally organized, a proficient multitasker, and able to handle multiple priorities with ease while maintaining a high level of professionalism and building strong relationships across all levels of the organization. You'll be responsible for managing executive calendars, coordinating travel, managing expenses, and supporting a variety of important projects as needed. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all logistics for executive meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution for executives and other team members as necessary.
  • Compile and prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and relevant materials to ensure executives are fully equipped for meetings, events, and travel engagements.
  • Manage the setup and breakdown of catering services and meeting facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and a professional atmosphere for all gatherings.
  • Provide reliable backup support to administrative team members, ensuring continued office functionality and smooth workflow in the absence of personnel.
  • Accurately prepare and submit detailed expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely processing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners, fostering effective communication and relationships.
  • Assist with planning and tracking key projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met in alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment; financial services experience a plus.
  • Proactive, solution-driven, with the ability to anticipate needs and gather relevant information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
  • Able to thrive under pressure, managing multiple projects and deadlines with professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and clients.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
