About the position

The Executive Assistant provides a full range of administrative-clerical services support to operate the offices of the Senior Leadership Team. This role includes providing backup for the executive assistants or other administrative staff as needed. The position is full-time during the day at Medical City Plano Hospital, which is part of HCA Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services in the nation.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Manage schedules and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED plus some college or business training.
• 5 years of executive assistant experience in a hospital or medical field.
