About the position

The Executive Director at Brookdale Evesham is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a 142-unit Assisted Living Community in Voorhees, New Jersey. This role involves managing associate relations, resident engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance, while creating a preferred senior living community through effective business planning and team development. The Executive Director will also drive sales results and foster an inclusive culture that enhances resident experiences and care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring high-quality resident experiences and care.
• Develop and implement a business plan to enhance community reputation and financial performance.
• Manage community performance against goals, including annual operating and capital budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the management team and encourage teamwork.
• Recruit, hire, and train high-quality associates, ensuring they meet the needs of residents.
• Maintain positive resident relations and proactively resolve issues.
• Drive sales and marketing efforts to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable legal requirements.
• Oversee preventative maintenance systems and ensure property standards are met.
• Represent the community to governmental agencies and local organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of three years of operational leadership experience required.
• Must have a valid administrator license in states where required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Microsoft software preferred.
• Experience in the senior living industry is a plus.
