The Workplace Services Supervisor will focus on executive support services and customer relationship management. This role oversees the related people teams and other business partner relationships. The role ensures high service delivery that aligns with and responds to the company's strategic direction and vision, and that it meets or exceeds appropriate customer service level requirements. Key responsibilities include overseeing Accenture's Workplace Solutions Executive Support Services across single or multiple Accenture locations, delivering complex programs with meticulous attention to detail and budget adherence, motivating and managing high-performing teams, cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders, accurately forecasting resource needs and expenses, and ensuring effective communication across diverse audiences. The position also emphasizes the importance of information security, customer-centric service delivery, and embracing new technologies to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Accenture's Workplace Solutions Executive Support Services across single or multiple Accenture locations.
  • Deliver complex programs with meticulous attention to detail and budget adherence.
  • Motivate, develop, and manage high-performing teams, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Accurately forecast resource needs, expenses, and costs while optimizing resource allocation within approved budgets.
  • Articulate complex information clearly and concisely in both written and verbal English.
  • Adapt communication styles to diverse audiences and demonstrate a global mindset.
  • Utilize Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for efficient communication and task management.
  • Deliver exceptional service and prioritize customer needs.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and adhere to internal compliance policies.
  • Embrace new technologies to drive continuous service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Share knowledge, ideas, and experiences across teams to foster continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Executive Support experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of people management
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint), SharePoint a plus
  • Best in Class communication skills (written and oral)
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • High level of professionalism with a good executive presence
  • Proactive business partner mentality with a customer service focus
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and assume greater responsibilities over time
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
  • Discrete with the ability to work with highly confidential material
