The role of a Service & Engagement Executive Team Leader at Target involves managing a team focused on guest service and engagement. Responsibilities

  • Build a team of passionate and knowledgeable Guest Advocates and Service and Engagement Leaders.
  • Drive total store sales and understand the role in sales growth.
  • Anticipate staffing needs and manage recruitment.
  • Engage in consistent development conversations with team members.
  • Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations.
  • Respond to negative guest experiences and de-escalate situations.
  • Manage schedules to support peak traffic times.
  • Champion physical and digital offerings to enhance guest experience.
  • Utilize guest survey reporting tools to drive change.
  • Lead the team to deliver an efficient guest pick-up experience.

Requirements

  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to manage conflict and lead others.
  • Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis and decision making.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
