We are a fast-paced, growing property management company located in Northeast Ohio, seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join our team in University Heights, OH. The ideal candidate will be a professional, dependable, and resourceful team player who can effectively manage the leasing process while providing exceptional service to our current and prospective renters. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The Leasing Agent will serve as a liaison between the management office and tenants, ensuring a smooth rental experience from start to finish. Candidates must be willing to undergo a criminal background check as part of the hiring process. The salary for this position will be based on experience, with an estimated range of $39.3K to $49.8K annually.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the management office and current and prospective renters.
• Meet with prospective tenants and conduct tours of available units.
• Provide service and support throughout the rental experience.
• Assist in the leasing process by answering questions and addressing concerns of potential tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and leasing activities.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in leasing or property management.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful problem solver capable of addressing tenant needs.
