Located in the heart of Brookline, just a mile from downtown Boston, our facility is a fast-paced general medicine practice with a team of seven doctors and eight exam rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology. As the face of VCA Brookline, the Client Service Representative (CSR) sets the tone for the practice, building and maintaining trust and confidence with our clients. The CSR is pivotal to the hospital's operations, responsible for various customer service functions, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms. This role also involves scheduling and confirming appointments, placing outbound calls for follow-ups, presenting and explaining fees, processing payments, and recommending products and services. Additionally, the CSR will manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, while ensuring the hospital is clean and well-maintained at all times, both inside and outside.
