Facility Compliance Officer - Reception and Treatment Center

About the position

Shape the future of the Reception and Treatment Center (RTC). We seek a dynamic leader to take ownership of critical administrative, procedural, and compliance functions. Reporting directly to the warden, and as a member of the executive team, this position offers a unique opportunity to drive positive change and contribute to the facility's mission. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills who is dedicated to upholding the highest standards using a strategic approach. This complex role will provide critical influence of organizational processes and accreditation standards, and the ability to proactively anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions to ensure operational excellence and consistent compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, accounting or any discipline related to the work assigned.
• One year of experience in planning, organizing, and implementing program administrative or business financial functions.
• Experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience with compliance or accreditation; creating and/or maintaining policy, procedure, or standard operating procedures.
• Experience with continuous quality improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) and Adobe Standard or Pro.
• Excellent writing skills.
