About The Position

The Facility Maintenance Technician at Brinson Ford Lincoln of Corsicana is responsible for ensuring that the dealership's facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained. This role is critical in providing a welcoming environment for both customers and staff, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift items up to 50-75 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and computers.
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all dealership areas, including the showroom, service bays, and customer lounges.
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain outdoor spaces, including landscaping, snow/ice removal, and parking lot upkeep.
• Assist with furniture assembly, equipment installation, and general handyman tasks as needed.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, tools, and other maintenance materials.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with management to schedule larger repair or renovation projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures at all times.
