This position offers a competitive salary starting at $135,000, with the potential for more based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure high standards of service and hospitality.
• Manage staff and coordinate training to maintain a 5-star service level.
• Ensure compliance with HOA regulations and standards, working closely with the management company.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Address resident and guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor facility maintenance and ensure all areas are well-kept and functional.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a manager in a 5-star hotel or similar high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
