As the Plant Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of our plant facility in Winder as well as the warehouse operations. This is a key role in ensuring that all aspects of plant operations run efficiently and safely while meeting production and regulatory standards while maintaining a productive environment for workers. Key responsibilities: Manage and supervise all activities related to plant facilities, including building maintenance, equipment upkeep, warehouse management and overall cleanliness and order. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment and infrastructure are operational and meet safety standards. Schedule and manage routine and emergency maintenance tasks to minimize production downtime. Oversee maintenance personnel, custodial staff, and contractors, ensuring they are properly trained, follow safety protocols and perform according to the company's expectations. Monitor plant utilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and water systems, ensuring proper function and compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Manage budgets and track expenses related to facility operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and fire safety standards. Lead facility and warehouse audits and inspections, preparing reports, and taking corrective actions as needed. Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and cost savings. Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Analyze cost-saving opportunities and implement energy-efficient initiatives. Evaluate and negotiate contracts for outsourced services and then oversee relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility services, including maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, and security. Foster a collaborative, productive, and positive work environment. Plan and manage facility upgrades, renovations, and new construction projects. Work with engineering, operations, and safety teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications: Education : Profficiency in Russian is a plus Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred) Professional certifications, such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), LEED accreditation, or equivalent, are a plus Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of maintenance management, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. Proven experience with budget management, vendor relations, and project management. Skills and Abilities : Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, environmental standards, and industry-specific safety protocols. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
