As the Facility Manager within Real Estate Operations, you will have the responsibility for all efforts to execute and deliver Facilities Management and Repairs and Maintenance for a geographical region within the Citizens US based properties. This role is the direct connection to the Repairs and Maintenance team to execute deliverables on all aspects of maintenance necessary. You will direct coordination to a team of mobile technicians either internal or external, along with external vendors. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive facilities / repairs & maintenance support for Retail Banking operations, including complete interior and exterior building structure and grounds maintenance. Through superior client service, you will build customer relations with service providers and client personnel to achieve internal business unit and external client Key Performance Metrics.
