About the position

Clean Harbors located in Bartow, FL is looking for a Facility Operations Manager I to join their safety-conscious team. The Facility Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the production of our receiving warehouse and our receiving chemist staff. This role is crucial in ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance with all regulations. The Facility Operations Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure that all processes are optimized and that the facility meets its operational goals. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to lead a team effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management and operations, with a commitment to fostering a positive and safe work environment. The Facility Operations Manager will be expected to manage daily operations, including overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining equipment and facilities. This role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure that all operational needs are met and that the facility operates at peak efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, as well as training and mentoring staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards. Shift: 1st shift- 7am-4pm; Monday- Friday; Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities
