Norton National is seeking dedicated laborers for the Magic of Lights event in East Hartford, CT. The role involves assisting with the setup and takedown of the event, including loading and unloading materials, stringing lights, and assembling displays. This position is ideal for individuals who are hardworking and can work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks and shipments
• Stringing and hanging Christmas lights
• Changing Christmas lights
• Building and assembling frames and displays at ground level
• Setting up event footprints
• Setting up drive experience support items, trash cans, generators, concrete blocks, and line queues
• Cutting guide wires
• Possibly driving UTV or golf cart
• Setting up 10x10 frames

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to stand and work for long periods of time
• Ability to follow directions and instructions
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Benefits
