About the position
This position at AllCare Primary & Immediate Care focuses on providing exceptional primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population. The role emphasizes a collaborative, organized, and patient-centered approach, ensuring a harmonious clinic environment while maintaining a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance and prevents burnout.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population
- Conduct routine physical exams, including Pap smears
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions while following established protocols
- Counsel patients on strategies to promote general wellness
- Manage urgent complaints that would be seen in a typical primary care clinic
- Collaborate well with an interdisciplinary care team to drive quality outcomes
- Review all labs and clinical documents in a timely manner
- Complete charting in the electronic medical record within 72 hours of the encounter
- Comfortably see approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour on average, including walk-ins
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, creating a respectful and positive environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Valid and unrestricted Medical License in Maryland
- Board Certification, if applicable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong dedication to providing compassionate patient care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
