About the position

The Fan Engagement Marketing Manager at the Dallas Cowboys Football Club is responsible for leading and implementing brand initiatives aimed at growing the next generation of global fans, particularly within Hispanic, Youth, and Female demographics. This role combines analytical thinking with creative marketing strategies to enhance fan engagement and brand growth, while also managing a small team and collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead fan engagement strategies for existing and future initiatives.
  • Leverage data to identify opportunities and measure performance.
  • Spearhead brand growth initiatives targeting Hispanic, Youth, and Female audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Partnerships for partner fan engagement activities.
  • Create, manage, and measure marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Identify opportunity areas using market research and data tools.
  • Track cultural trends and provide insights for brand and marketing strategies.
  • Build actionable hypotheses for marketing campaigns and set measurable goals for initiatives.
  • Report on the progress and outcomes of marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in NFL Marketing committees to represent Dallas Cowboys Fan Engagement priorities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in branding, marketing, and/or communications, preferably with an agency or a sports/entertainment brand.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and research methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative communication style.
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
