A Tenured General Manager is directly responsible for the restaurant, responsible for restaurant assistant managers, shift managers, and team members. *MUST run a single unit operation for a minimum of 12 months* Job Requirements: Deep functional knowledge of operational, financial, people and customer performance metrics, product specifications and management systems.
