About the position

The Wealth Partner at FCBank is responsible for delivering exceptional personalized financial services to clients, focusing on asset growth and protection. This role emphasizes relationship management, community involvement, and the effective use of technology to enhance client service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Discover customer needs and develop solutions to exceed their goals and expectations.
• Engage in relationship management activities to nurture and expand client relationships.
• Represent the corporation positively and engage in community activities to promote goodwill and generate new business.
• Embrace and manage change effectively while adhering to customer service standards.
• Perform accurate reviews and research for all maintenance, transactional, and client-related activities.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulations at the Federal and State levels.
• Take advantage of training opportunities to advance knowledge in asset management and related regulations.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Wealth Management, Wealth Advisement, or a related field required.
• 15+ years of experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Prior sales and new business development experience required.
• Proven experience advising clients on investments, pre-retirement, education funding, and financial planning.
• CFP or similar professional designation preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses plus OH Life & Health license preferred, to be obtained within 180 days.

• Experience in a professional office environment.
• Ability to communicate complex financial topics in an understandable manner to clients.
