About The Position

The FCC Program Manager at City National Bank is responsible for supporting the development and operation of the bank's Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) program. This role involves project management, managing financial crimes processes, developing enterprise-wide policies, and integrating AML and risk management principles across the organization. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and effective implementation of risk management strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services or risk management.
  • Minimum 5 years of auditing, consulting, Enterprise Risk Management or banking experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in risk, finance, mathematics, engineering or statistics or related discipline with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, SharePoint.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and facilitate change through collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, discipline, and task focus with a proven record of delivering high-quality results under deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize several concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor City National Bank's Financial Crimes Analytics Management (FCA) program according to standards and regulations.
  • Support FCA by managing milestones and activities, and communicating with policy owners to develop deliverables.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new standards and workflow tools.
  • Provide program oversight and support ongoing monitoring of the framework with annual assessments.
  • Manage the policy framework inventory database, including reporting and enhancements.
  • Assist policy owners with roles and responsibilities.
  • Connect with sponsors and stakeholders to mobilize teams and manage risks.
  • Lead regulatory programs like OCC's Heightened Standards and Recovery planning.
  • Own 2+ Risk programs within Risk.
  • Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle and engage business partners.
  • Develop change management, training, and communication plans.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in briefing stakeholders on initiatives.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Provide recommendations to ensure frameworks and policies are executable by staff.
  • Manage non-technical projects within the Enterprise Risk Management department.
  • Monitor resolution of regulatory issues and internal audit findings.
  • Develop and maintain master schedules and project documentation.
  • Produce status reports and manage issue resolution.
  • Identify and communicate changes to plans across stakeholders.

Benefits

  • Starting base salary: $111,408 - $189,738 per year.
  • Eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
