About the position

The Federal Account Support Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise is responsible for providing technical solutions and support to federal clients, primarily working onsite at customer locations. This role requires a strong background in Linux system administration and the ability to lead technical assessments and implementations of enterprise technology solutions. The position emphasizes collaboration, high performance, and the management of technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and implement detailed technical design solutions as identified by the Project/Technical Manager.
  • Provide detailed technical designs for enterprise solutions.
  • Analyze and develop enterprise technology solutions as the Principal Consultant.
  • Lead technical assessments and delivery of specific technical solutions to customers.
  • Coordinate implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations for technology solutions in networks, applications, or platforms.
  • Provide advanced technical consulting and advice on proposal efforts, solution design, system management, tuning, and modification of solutions.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with specific poly required at time of offer.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Proficient in Linux system administration, including configuration and troubleshooting.
