About the position

The Federal Technical Account Manager at Qualtrics plays a crucial role in the XM Success Team, focusing on customer onboarding and ongoing support to maximize the value clients derive from Qualtrics products. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong client relationship management skills, ensuring that customers achieve their business objectives through effective use of the Qualtrics platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide white-glove support to large customers as a Technical Account Manager (TAM).
  • Execute technical revisions to meet client needs and ensure optimal program utilization.
  • Collaborate with XM Success Managers and advocate for software feature enhancements.
  • Assist customers in optimizing their use of the Qualtrics platform and increasing adoption of technical capabilities.
  • Design and document functional and technical requirements for projects.
  • Help clients with regular maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Integrate new product features into existing programs and identify process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a competitive university.
  • 1-2 years experience in a technical, consulting, or client-facing role.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with software and front-end development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
