About the position

As a Field Operations Agent at AvantStay, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team with daily operational activities related to vacation rental properties. Your primary focus will be to ensure a superior guest experience through property inspections, inventory management, and timely responses to guest concerns. This position requires frequent travel to various properties within the designated area, necessitating close proximity to the market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with AvantStay standards.
• Maintain inventory and stock supply for market properties.
• Respond to guest or homeowner issues via various communication channels in a timely manner.
• Perform minor housekeeping or routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Travel frequently to various properties to support operations and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to spend a majority of working time standing, walking, and driving to properties.
• Ability to regularly bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, stoop, and occasionally lift more than 25 lbs.
• Excellent self-management skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
