About the position

The Field Operations Manager at Infinity Plumbing Designs, Inc. is responsible for overseeing all on-site plumbing operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site plumbing activities, including coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Monitor compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, ensuring work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management to communicate project status and key updates.
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed on-site.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Work alongside Human Resources and Payroll, managing team timecards through the Busybusy portal.
• Use FTQ360 to monitor and resolve deficiencies as they arise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field operations management, preferably in the plumbing or construction industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing practices, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with timekeeping and quality tracking systems like Busybusy and FTQ360.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
