The Field Operations Manager at Clean First Time Inc. is responsible for overseeing the operations of a construction, residential, and commercial cleaning company. This role requires strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of janitorial and construction management. The position involves ensuring that work meets builder satisfaction, managing subcontractors, and handling administrative tasks related to billing and contract negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of cleaning services for construction, residential, and commercial projects.
- Ensure work meets builder's satisfaction by visiting job sites regularly.
- Hire, train, and supervise subcontractors to adhere to safety requirements and project schedules.
- Manage scheduling, time management, and subcontractor management effectively.
- Negotiate contracts to increase business volume through bids and proposals.
- Perform administrative tasks including billing and data entry.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in janitorial or construction management.
- Strong knowledge of new home building procedures and scheduling.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook email.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong work ethics.
- Ability to perform duties with little supervision.
- Reliable transportation to visit job sites regularly.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in contract negotiations and administrative billing.
